CEI 2059 CONTACTLESS TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Description:

Electronic device for measuring temperature with no components coming into contact with the material being measured. Infrared detector. Ideal for reading temperature on rotating components, hot cylinders, and in all those cases where there is a problem finding the right spot for connecting a thermocouple or thermoresistor. The distinctive feature of this device is its ability to perform its function without mechanical components coming into contact with the material being measured. The device can detect temperatures ranging from 30 to 150 °C at distances from 5 to 50 mm.

 

Adjustments:

The device needs no adjustments. When ordering, the desired voltage, depending on the maximum range temperature value, should be specified. This voltage can be factory preset at values from 1 to 10 Vdc.

 

Power supply:

24 Vdc/Vac 500 mA.

 

Output:

Signal preset at values from 1 to 10 Vdc depending on the desired maximum temperature value of the range. Maximum current load: 10 mA.

 

Connections:

 

4-pole male+female connector with locknut. Supplied with a 5-m standard cable with free terminals on the end opposite the connector. Other lengths on request.

 

Technical data:

Maximum measuring distance: 100 mm. For greater distances, please contact our Technical Department. Measuring position: 90 degrees with respect to the object being measured (+/- 15 degrees). Fastening: metal stand not supplied. Weight: 190 g. Finish: aluminium, red galvanic oxidation.

 

Instructions:

 

Not suitable for reading the temperature of shiny or reflective surfaces.
